Tadpoles: Parent/ Tot Program (15-36 months)

With one-on-one adult assistance, tots develop and increase gross motor skills by jumping, climbing, swinging and tumbling in a safe and stimulating gymnastics environment.

Little Leapers:  Preschool Program (3 1/2-6 yrs)

By encouraging children to move, explore, problem solve and socialize at a critical period in their development, we can promote a variety of physical and mental skills that will greatly improve future fitness.

Frog Bridgers: Gymnastics Program (5-10 yrs)

These classes are for those who would like to progress through our sequential gymnastics program. A unique cross-training option for all. See schedule for home school time.

Advanced Frog Bridgers: Gymnastics Program (7 & older)

These classes are for older students (ages 11 & older) or those athletes who have progressed through our sequential Frog Bridger gymnastics program and are ready for a longer, more challenging class.

Ninja Warrior Training Classes: Ages 7-14 years

Our specially designed Ninja Warrior Training obstacles and stations will help students  increase their strength, flexibility, speed, balance and over-all agility. Check out this exciting new program and train to be America's next Ninja Warrior!

Ninja Warrior Training Open Gym: Ages 14 years-adult & youth members enrolled in Ninja class

Use our new Ninja Training Center for a fun, unique work-out! We have a variety of obstacles ranging from challenging to ULTRA challenging appropriate for youth and adults. Children under 9 must be accompanied by an adult unless prior approval has been attained from our office staff.

Cheer Tumbling Program

Learn the basics through advanced tumbling skills needed for competitive cheer, from cartwheels to double fulls. Get strong and gain the strength and skills needed for back-handsprings and beyond! Group or private times available upon request.

OPEN GYM

Work on the events and skills that you are interested in under the guidance of our staff. Students or guests ages 6 & younger must have prior approval to attend without and adult supervisor. Sign up at the gym the week prior or call ahead of time to sign up.

USAG Level 1-10 and Xcel Team Program

USAG competitive team members train a minimum of 8 hours weekly up to 15 hours weekly with goals to compete USAG Levels 3-10 and Xcel Gold/Platinum throughout the state and regionally. We also offer  intro level 1 & 2 team program for ages 5-8 which meets either twice weekly/1.5 hrs each or twice weekly/ 2 hrs each time. We offer an Xcel Bronze team program which is designed for athletes interested in a competitive program without as much of a time commitment. This group meets twice weekly/ 2 hours each time.
